Samples and third-party content
If a beat, sound, or other product contains samples, loops, vocals, recordings, artwork, or other third-party material, make sure your rights allow the use you are offering to buyers.
Do not upload unauthorized content
Do not upload copyrighted material taken from another creator, recording, sample source, or service when you do not have the rights required to sell it.
Your responsibility as a seller
You are responsible for the content you publish and for accurately representing ownership, permissions, licenses, and AI use.
Molahin may remove content or take other action when ownership or rights requirements are not met.
