How do I download my beat license agreement?

Downloading your License Agreement is available on the Receipt page.

To download license agreement of beats you’ve purchased:
1. Log in to your Molahin account using your registered email address and password.
2. Navigate to the header menu on the top right hand corner, click on your USER NAME.
3. Click on My Purchase option from the profile menu.
4. The page will redirect you to your Purchase History page, navigate to Receipt.
5. Click on View Details next to the order that was completed.
6. Once on the Receipt page, Navigate to License Agreement.
7. Click on Download License to begin your download.

How do I download my purchased?

Downloading your purchases is available on the Receipt page.

To download products you’ve purchased:
1. Log in to your Molahin account using your registered email address and password.
2. Navigate to the header menu on the top right hand corner, click on your USER NAME.
3. Click on My Purchase option from the profile menu.
4. The page will redirect you to your Purchase History page, navigate to Receipt.
5. Click on View Details next to the order that was completed.
6. Once on the Receipt page, Navigate to Product.
7. Click on the file name to begin your download.

 

How do I download order invoice?

Downloading your order invoice is available on the Purchase History page.

To download your order invoice:
1. Log in to your Molahin account using your registered email address and password.
2. Navigate to the header menu on the top right hand corner, click on your USER NAME.
3. Click on My Purchase option from the profile menu.
4. The page will redirect you to your Purchase History page, navigate to PDF Invoice.
5. Click on Download invoice next to the order that was completed.

 

Resolving Issues with an Order

If you have an issue with an order, You can contact customer service for further assistance. This option opens a Support Ticket.

Providing Feedback

Once an order is marked as Completed, you can provide feedback on your order.

To add feedback:

  1. From the Molahin menu on the top right hand corner of the page, click on your USER NAME.
  2. Click on My Purchase option from the profile menu.
  3. Click on Write a Review next to the order that was completed.

Viewing your payments is available on the Purchase History page.

To view your Purchase History:

  • From the Molahin menu on the top right hand corner of the page, click on your USER NAME.
  • Click on My Purchase option from the profile menu.
