Yes, indeed. During the preview of beats, you may hear the Molahin tag or the producer's own tag. However, these tags are only played during the listening process before a purchase. Once you've licensed a beat, the watermark tags will be removed from the files delivered to you. Additionally, some producers may opt to retain one tag at the beginning of the beat for branding purposes. This practice is prevalent in today's music industry, with examples such as "DJ Khalid," or "Maybach Music."
The availability of file types depends on the license tier you select. Every license includes an MP3 file at minimum. Some licenses may also offer WAV and Trackouts/Stems as part of their package. You'll have a clear view of the files included with each license before adding it to your cart.
Copyright ownership gives the owner the exclusive right to use the work, with some exceptions. When a person creates an original work, fixed in a tangible medium, he or she automatically owns copyright to the work.
Copyright is just one form of intellectual property. It is not the same as trademark, which protects brand names, mottos, logos, and other source identifiers from being used by others for certain purposes.
