Once an order is marked as Completed, you can provide feedback on your order.
To add feedback:
- From the Molahin menu on the top right hand corner of the page, click on your USER NAME.
- Click on My Purchase option from the profile menu.
- Click on Write a Review next to the order that was completed.
The following are the questions in which you can rate the seller:
- Ratings
Ratings are based on five stars, with one being the lowest and five being the highest rating. - Item as Described
Item as described by the seller? - Comment

Note
– Once an order is delivered, you will receive a notification within the site or an email with a direct link to the order. Providing feedback on a delivered order will complete the order.
