1. Overview

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on Molahin. As a digital marketplace, Molahin primarily offers digital products (e.g., beats, audio files) and digital services (e.g., mixing, mastering).

By making a purchase on the platform, users agree to the terms outlined below.


2. Digital Products (Beats, Audio Files, Downloads)

2.1 No Returns After Delivery

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the product has been delivered or accessed.

Once a digital file has been:

  • downloaded, or
  • accessed through the platform

it is considered used and non-returnable.


2.2 Exceptions (Eligible for Refund)

A refund may be granted only under the following conditions:

  • The product was not delivered due to a technical issue
  • The file is corrupted or unusable and cannot be replaced
  • The product is materially different from its description

In such cases, users must contact support within 7 days of purchase.


3. Digital Services (e.g., Mixing, Mastering)

3.1 Before Work Begins

Users may request a full refund if:

  • the seller has not yet started the service

3.2 After Work Has Started

If work has already begun:

  • Refunds are not guaranteed
  • Partial refunds may be issued depending on the progress of the work
  • Disputes will be reviewed by Molahin support

3.3 Completed Services

Once a service has been:

  • delivered, and
  • approved or accepted

it is considered final and non-refundable.


4. Return Process

To request a refund, users must:

  1. Contact support via the platform
  2. Provide:
    • Order ID
    • Description of the issue
    • Supporting evidence (if applicable)

All requests are reviewed within a reasonable timeframe.


5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method, where possible.

If this is not possible, refunds may be issued as:

  • platform credit, or
  • an alternative payment method

6. Refund Processing Time

Once approved:

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days
  • Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Downloaded digital products
  • Completed services
  • Custom or personalized services
  • Gift cards or promotional credits

8. Abuse & Fraud Prevention

Molahin reserves the right to:

  • deny refund requests in cases of abuse
  • suspend accounts involved in fraudulent activity

10. Policy Updates

Molahin reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting.
